Uno Pikarla, (ekonomieråd, Finnish honorary title), built the "Villa Pikarla" summer residence in 1959. The architects were Aarne Hytönen and Raimo Luukkonen. The furnishings were designed by Ilmari Tapiovaara. The seating group was part of the original furnishings at Villa Pikarla.

Wear and tear due to age and use. Scratches. Marks. Dry cracks and damage to the buttonholes. The fastening straps are replaced. Single stains to the upholstery. The surfaces are later treated. Discoloration on the stiches.
