Description: Up for auction is a very nice John Torsleff Civil War era Boston tea set! This set is in overall very good condition, with not a lot of tarnishing or cosmetic issues. All but one piece is signed Torsleff. The odd piece out is signed Ball Black. It is possibly a replacement or a repair. Our silver quality tests came back inconclusive, showing either coin silver or early American silver plate.
