Important Qing Dynasty Kangxi Period Birthday Vase with Thousand Words
This is a very rare Qing Dynasty birthday vase with 10,000 characters of "Longevity" in different versions. It has been reported that only a few pieces of this design were made during Kangxi Period. This vase is gigantic and the whole surface is filled with the Longevity character. The museum of Chinese University of Hong Kong has a similar one exactly like this. This is indeed a treasure of Kangxi Period.
