Important cloisonné panel with symbols of Luck

IMPORTANT CLOISONNÉ PANEL WITH SYMBOLS OF LUCK AND LONG LIFE.

Origin: China.
Dynasty: Qing dynasty.
Date: 18th/19th c.
Technique: Copper with cloisonné and gilt.
Description: Shoulao, the God of Long Life, standing on a garden terrace beneath a large pine tree and
offering a peach to the God of Heaven, who is arriving on a cloud. A boy riding on a qilin
(symbol for the birth of a boy in a family) surrounded by many, ('The Hundred') boys, each
of them carries a treasure. Red bats and cranes strengthen the good wishes.
Measurement: Panel 44.5 x 54cm, frame 56 x 66cm.
Signature: At the left lower a title: The Three Abundances (sanduo) meet wih great joy.
Frame/Pedestal: Frame with dragons in clouds, carved from boxwood. 19th c.
Condition A/B. Good condition, minute chip.

Provenance:
-Private collection Norway.
-Private collection in Herrenberg, Baden-Württemberg, early 20th c. Since then family estate. According to the owner's statement, a total of seven plates were acquired by his father, which were later distributed to family members.
