Impressive and beautiful French bronze gilded Empire clock. France, approx. 1825. Image of a young woman with dog and a cherub. Nice intact dial with the inscription Decaux a'Paris. The dial is protected by a bronze door with a facet convex glass cover. At the back, the movement is also protected by a door with glass. Rare timepiece with escapement and striking mechanism every half hour and hour. This clock comes with a winding key. The movement was serviced and works perfectly.
