. The imposing cast bronze casing is adorned with numerous acanthus leaves as well as a large laurel garland;

the right garland has an old restoration spot,

right and left are 2 ram's heads, there is a vase-like adornment on top to finish.

. Grills on the sides with velvet behind (a few with old solder spots) .

. Just the gold-plating as by many cartel clocks from this period is only partially intact.

. The large enamel dial is inscribed Viger A Paris, there is a hairline on the right edge, the enamel has broken out around the wind.

. The large movement (completely serviced) runs for approximately 14 days and strikes on the half and full hours on the bell positioned towards the top.

. The movement is in pristine working order.

. It has an original lever escapement, just the pendulum has been modified.
