An incredibly fine Coalport England hand painted porcelain dinner service for 8, circa 1890. Various hand painted flowers to the center. A cobalt blue ground to the rim with gilt accents. Artist Singed "F. Howard" to the lower edge. The service includes one oval tray, 2 round trays, and 8 dessert plates. Coalport marks to the verso.
