A large ceramic jar with carinated body, shallow rim and foot; decorated with a circumferential frieze composed of panels of winged beasts with the body of a lion and the head of a bird, all advancing right, geometric motifs above and below, painted in polychrome. 4 kg, 36cm wide (14").
