Dedication copy, inscribed on front flyleaf by the author to San Francisco Mayor Edward Robeson Taylor, to whom the volume is dedicated: "To Edward Robeson Taylor. If there be merit in this book it is to you that people look: for surely by the stars divine, it should be yours and never mine. Jeremiah Lynch, San Francisco, 1911." With the author's Bohemian Club bookplate on the front pastedown, which he also inscribes to Taylor.
Condition Report: Light sunning to spine; offsetting to endpapers, front hinge cracked; overall very good.
