'Door to the era' was created when VDNH (Russian exhibition center celebrated 86 anniversary. That year artists all over the world were invited to create artobjects and images of VDNH buildings. Irina Babkina, an artist chose a view at the main entrance Arch to VDNH territory. One of main painting features which characterizes Irina Babkina's oil images is vivid work with colors and contrasts. 'Door to the era' shows a laconic color manner. Artist used by intent style methods of posterization.

The Artist's signature is in the lower right hand corner. Sides are black colored.

Irina Babkina - Moscow- based artist. Irina Babkina prefers such mediums as oil, watercolor but also creates art objects and takes part in contemporary and academic exhibitions. Irina graduated from Surikov Moscow State Academic Art Institute, member of Creative (Tvorcheskiy!) Union of Russian Artists (TSHR). Irina takes part at International Moscow biennale for young art, collaborations with Moscow metro, etc.
