Isotta Fraschini Chrome Plate "Tromphe" Car Mascot

Isotta Fraschini Triomphe automobile radiator mascot after the iconic Art Deco design by Frederick Bazin (French, 1897-1956). The chrome-plated metal figure depicts the streamlined Spirit of Triumph (Flying Man) with outstretched arms and swept wings extending from the back. Mounted to a circular radiator cap base with threaded shaft and accompanied by an octagonal stained wood display plinth. The base is impressed "F. Bazin." Approximate measurements: mascot 7" x 7" x 5"; with display base 9" x 7" x 5.5". Gallery is uncertain as to origin, age, or date of manufacture.

Dimensions: 9 X 9 X 5.5 in.

Condition: Good overall condition having normal surface wear with handling marks and scratches.
