Italian Baroque Carved Walnut Pedestal Table
Continental, probably 17th century, with thick two board walnut top with castellated molding, on turned and leaf carved support with tripod base and leaf carved legs with scroll feet, some traces of early gilding 31 x 37 x 32-1/2 in. - Provenance: Estate of Paul W. Doll, Jr., Lake Toxaway, North Carolina
Condition Report: some minor repairs to top (two later braces at joint at underside), wear and distress to pedestal base with scattered pest damage, scattered wear and losses to carvings with patches and repairs, large shrinkage crack to central standard with some infill, some well executed repairs at feet (see detailed photos)
