Condition Report: Overall very good condition. Frame has been restored and only has occasional surface abrasions. One stable crack to the frame at the right proper back corner. Arm and back cushions appear to retain their original leather, which has some creasing and softness. The thin layer of foam on the back of the cushions has degraded and is dusty but this doesn't affect the use or integrity. Newer leather seat cushions are in excellent condition and match the original very well.
