Masterful high baroque representation of the crowned Mary with palm branch. Italian School (Venice?) , 17th / 18th century, the fineness of the painted hands and fabric is remarkable. Oil on canvas Dimensions of the painting: Height 76 cm, width 63 cm, frame: 87 x 74 cm Condition: very good cleaned condition, 2 small stains on the back. The painting comes from a collection of a German diplomat from the 1970s. It was cleaned in 1971 and provided with 2 small partial doublings, see restoration report (can be supplied) .
