Lot of 49 coins, Italian Republic, of which 48 pieces are 500 lire in silver and 1 piece of 1000 lire in silver.
The years of issue range from 1958 to 1970 for the 500 lire (10 coins from '58, 6 from '59, 6 from '60, 6 from '61, 5 from '64 and 7 from '65) while the 1000 lire is commemorative from 1870-1970.
40 coins depict the famous Caravels, while 6 have racing horses with a jockey, 2 have a sun with naturalistic elements.
The total weight of the lot is approximately 600 grams, considering that each 500 lire coin weighs 11 grams with an 835 silver content and a diameter of 29 mm. The 1000 lire coin, on the other hand, weighs 14. 62 grams. They are stored in special plastic blisters that will be supplied with the shipment. They are all in good condition.
