Beautiful 120 grana piastra in silver, minted in the Kingdom of Naples under Ferdinand IV of Bourbon in 1791. On the obverse of the coin is Ferdinand IV and his consort Maria Carolina, on the reverse of the coin is the zodiac band with inscription 'Solo Reduci'. Son of Charles III and Maria Amalia, he was born in Naples in 1751 and ascended the throne at the age of 8, succeeding his father, who had ascended the throne of Spain. Kingdom of Naples.
