The double title in French and Italian and the name of the artist are below the mise en scène. Etching on laid paper without watermark, blank verso, good margins, old rest] and signs of oxidation that do not affect the quality of the work. Dimensions: plate edge 44. 5 x 68. 5 cm Antonio Giolfi (Genoa, 1721 – 1796) , was a famous painter and made various frescoes, such as those still visible at Palazzo Doria. He was an abbot and, later, became the secretary and director of the Genoese School of Painting. From his collaboration with the Tuscans Torricelli and Guidotti, originate the twenty tables included in the Collection from which this view is taken, all marked by deep attention to the planimetry, mostly amplified in a theatrical and perspective way.
