Ivory Silk Beaded Gown and Wrap by Carolina Herrera c1990. This fabulous almost vintage sz 4 gown and wrap by Carolina Herrera features a fitted bodice with a heavily beaded center front and back panels in a mix of iridescent white, silver, and clear bugle beads, seed beads, and twisted metallic cord, all applied in geometric bands. The straps, top, and bottom borders of the bodice are also embellished and the top has a back zip closure. The skirt of the gown has a tightly gathered waistline with a balloon bottom hem. The matching ivory silk wrap features a wide ruffled flounce and a half moon shape. Made in the USA. The gown and wrap are in good condition with 1 split seam at the waist, 1 split seam at the inner waist, fraying and light bead loss, and light staining to the bottom hem.
