Framed 41.5 x 34cm The painting is executed in oil on cardboard support. The card has a slight bow. There are losses to the paint layer along the right hand side. The paint in the background around the sitter’s head is disrupted. Overall the paint layers are in a stable condition. The varnish is yellowed and slightly dull with several fly spots across the surface.
