Inscription: lower left signed in the printing plate: "J. Mechau fece". At the lower part inscribed in the printing plate: "Ponte Molle". lower left dated: "Roma 1792".
Date: 1799
Description: The picture shows an idyllic landscape with the Milvian bridge spanning a calm river. A few fishermen linger on the bank. A lush tree dominates the composition on the right-hand side of the picture. Probably a later print for the French-language edition of the "Malerisch radirte Prospekte von Italien".
