25 x 31 inches. Painting on board. A large-scale mid-century modern landscape painting executed in mixed media on textured Masonite board. The composition features a densely wooded scene with vibrant gestural brushwork in a palette dominated by lime green, forest green, ochre, and earthy browns. The artist has employed a combination of oil or acrylic paints with linear accents that suggest the use of crayon or oil pastel, creating a rich, layered texture through scraping and varied application. The foreground displays tall grasses and wildflowers, leading toward a cluster of evergreen and deciduous trees rendered with dark, vertical trunks.
