J. & E. Stevens clown on globe cast iron mechanical bank is operated by bringing the globe into position and releasing the lever, making the clown and globe whirl around. Once the knob is pressed, the clown changes position, standing on the globe. Marked on the underside with two patent dates. 9 in. high x 6.5 in. wide x 6.5 in. deep.
