J & E Stevens Mechanical Cast Iron Frog Bank 1872

Cast iron with old paint surface by J. & E. Stevens Co, Cromwell, CT. Blue lattice base with Bank windows. By pressing one foot the frog's mouth opens to receive a coin. Coin is swallowed when foot is released. Eyes move in a winking motion. Impressed patent date August 20 1872.
