J.A. Mitchell Hydraulic Record Player LP Turntable

A vintage British-made J.A. Mitchell Engineering Ltd. Reference Hydraulic Transcription Turntable LP record player. Features an retro Mid Century Modern design with a black platter and a brushed aluminum top plate, incorporating gold-plated brass platter weights. Includes a stylus brush and brush arm. The clear acrylic lid retains a DESIGN CENTER LONDON label. The manufacturer's name plate is located at the corner of the plinth. This model was featured in the iconic Stanley Kubrick 1971 film 'A Clockwork Orange'.

Dimensions: 7.25 X 16.5 X 17.25 in.

Condition: Good to fair overall vintage condition, having some patina and some oxidation to the aluminum finish of the legs and lid stand. Appears to spin with not issues, however this unit has not been fully tested, therefore being sold as is condition and may require service, parts and or repair. Please bid accordingly. Estate fresh to the market.
