Limited edition of 324 copies plus a few contributor's copies, this one among the latter, specially printed for the typographer Pierre Jean Mathan, who printed the work. It has been enriched with the following items: - Autograph dedication signed by Hans Erni on the false title, addressed to Mathan and accompanied by a large, handsome original drawing of a ram. - Triple suite of woodcuts in black on japon nacré. - one woodcut, dedicated by Erni to Pierre Jean Mathan and accompanied by a drawing of a dove. - 9 proof pages, each with an original drawing by the artist and a few annotations.
