Japanese Meiji period Kutani porcelain bowl measuring 9.6" diameter x 3.5" tall. Signature of Wataya Sei on base. Condition: wear to painted scene on interior of bowl, hairline to rim extending approximately 3" down, appears to have a professional restoration to rim, two areas on foot that may be small chips or possibly a manufacturing error, see images.
