JAPANESE SATSUMA BOWL, MEIJI PERIOD, H 2.5", DIA 5":A Japanese satsuma bowl of the Meiji Period, circa 1868-1912. The interior of the bowl is decorated with panels of social scenes, adjacent to botanical scenes. The bowl is embellished with organic hues and gilt ornamentation with raised designs. Frank H.
