Japanese Wakizashi with Kyo-Gunto hilt and Lacquered "frosted" Wooden Saya (missing the Kozuka). Hand forged, Shinogu-Zukuri style bright blade with visible "Sugu" temper line (Hammon). One drilled hole, signed tang with 6 characters. Dual decorated Habaki and brass Seppa. 7.5" Kyo-Gunto brass gilded hilt with shark skin and family crest. Blade Length: 15.5" Total Length: 24"
Condition Report: Very good. Missing sharkskin piece on the lower part of the handle and the lock. Light scratches and dark cloud spots on the blade.
