bears inscription on the mount, lower centre: J.H.A. PERNET
380 by 300 mm; 15 by 11¾ in. Oval
Condition Report:
Window mounted. Overall in good condition. A few light brown stains in the upper section of the oval and a tiny dent or abrasion in the sheet in the clouds, upper left. Pen and ink and watercolour remain fresh and vibrant.
Sold in a gilded frame.
