circa 1930s
gilt earthenware
each with painted artist's marks

Condition Report:
Overall in good original condition. The glaze presents with a luminous gold with a few minor air bubbles, indentations and irregularities inherent in the making process. The surfaces with a few minor shallow scratches and surface soiling consistent with age and gentle use. Two of the plates with a very minor chip to the inner circular edge, not at all visually distracting. The pieces have been examined under black light and show no evidence of a prior restoration.
