This sophisticated Vitra Cite lounge chair is one of Jean Prouve's (1901-1984) earlier furniture designs. Enameled metal, leather and canvas. Original labels to base read: Prouve Collection Vitra Edition 2002. Vitra. Dimensions: H 33.5" x W 27" x D 34" x SH 13.5" Condition: Consistent with age and use. Some fading, stains and wear to fabric; including tiny hole. Marks and surface scratches to metal frame. Losses to leather.
Condition: All the items in this auction remain at our gallery location in Norwalk, CT for pickup. Preview is by appointment, Monday-Friday, 9:30-4:30. Items must be picked up in the time frame of Tuesday, November 30th- Friday, December 10th, 9am-5pm, WEEKDAYS.
