Central marquis diamond measures approx. 7.0mm x 3.5mm; total of (38) pave diamonds. Stamped, "750" within a lozenge form frame. Ring size - approx. 6 3/4 - please take note that the ring band displays some flex. Total approx. weight of the ring is 4.4 dwt (gross). From a Chappaqua, NY estate. Dimensions: ring face measures approx. 0.54" w x 0.46" h.
