White enamel with radial Roman numerals, I-XII in each half, outer dot minute divisions, outermost gold painted 24-hour numerals, revolving center with polychrome time zones and the names of 25 world cities, London in gold. Second: white enamel with the names of 43 world cities, central revolving dial calibrated from 0-60. Breguet blue steel hands.

It utilizes two annular fixed dials, one on the face and the other on the back of the watch, along with two moving dials. One of these moving dials rotates with the minute hand, and the other rotates with 'the hour hand of the watch.'"
