signed, dated 1925 and inscribed; also inscribed on the reverse
pencil and watercolour on paper, squared for transfer
33 by 42.5cm.; 13 by 16¾in.

Condition Report:
The sheet is attached to the mount with two strips of adhesive tape to the top edge.The edges of the sheet are deckled. There is a small nick to the right edge. There are Artist's pinholes to the upper corners and to the lower left corner. The sheet undulates slightly. There is staining to the sheet. There are faint handling marks to the extreme edges. There are a couple of small dots of light foxing to the sheet. There is light dirt and studio detritus to the work. This excepting, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.

The work is window mounted and presented in a wooden frame under glass.
