Jose Ortiz Echague (1886 - 1980) was a Spanish entrepreneur, industrial and military engineer, pilot and photographer. He was founder of Construcciones Aeronauticas SA (CASA) and Honorary lifetime President of SEAT (Sociedad Española de Automóviles de Turismo).
