Joseph Thors was a landscape painter who lived in London but also painted in the Midlands, where he is regarded as a member of the Birmingham School. Framed size H 16 1/2" W 19 1/2".
Condition Report: Original canvas; good condition. One signed visibly to right, other signature is partly obscured by frame. jw
