8vo, original green printed wrappers lettered in black, small tears and chipping to spine and lower wrapper

The Little Review, edited by Margaret Anderson and Jane Heap, with Pound as a contributing editor, published serially 13 and part of the 14th of the 18 episodes of Ulysses. Twenty-three instalments were published until publication was stopped by action brought by the Society for the Suppression of Vice. The January and May 1919 and January and July-August 1920 numbers were banned by the United States Post Office (see Slocum & Cahoon, p.97).
