Jack Ruby's original fingerprint card created on Nov. 25, 1963 by the Dallas, Texas Sheriff's Office, signed "Jack Ruby" on the left side (note alias and real last name "Jack Leon Rubenstien"—spelled incorrectly, should be Rubenstein). Noteworthy the fingerprint card has only 9 and not 10 fingerprints as Ruby's left index finger was amputated in 1952. Reverse of fingerprint card: "Charge or Offense: Murder with Malice."
