Good. Spine restored while retaining the original spine strip. Interior discolored, a spot here and there, moisture spot in the margin of about 50 pages. Some stains/creases. Hole in half title, approx. 1 cm and engraving at the bottom on page 519 of the second part. Facsimile letter from Cats bound with the "Foreword". Restoration bottom margin page 4, 41,53, 387, 637; top margin 124 and side margin 5 approximately 3 to 4 cm to 12 cm (2 leaves) . Restoration on the verso right side folding engraving "Marriage trap" approx. 15 cm and on the reverse left side folding engraving of Cats' deathbed: inner margin approx. 12 cm and bottom edge as well as verso right side approx. 6 cm. Tear, approx. 1 cm in mainly the bottom margin of about 60 leaves, tear of approx. 2 to 3 cm in the margin of 15 leaves as well as a large tear of approximately 5 to 8 cm in the margin of about 10 leaves. Small bite from the margin of 6 leaves; large tear from the bottom margin of page 273, approximately 8 cm and from 365 next to which a tear. Side edge last 2 pages frayed.
