A stunning high end Art Deco wristwatch made by one of the most prestigious watchmakers ever, Jaeger Le. Coultre. The stylish classic case is made of 14 carat solid gold and looks great, as does the dial. Please bear in mind that Art Deco gents watches from this period were made smaller than contemporary watches. Dial: Original dial, finished in satin silver with an outer minutes chapter and is signed Le. Coultre. Gold coloured dots and Roma numerals mark the hours and a recessed subsidiary seconds dial is located just above the six o'clock position. The crystal is clean and clear. Movement: high end Swiss, 17 jewel movement, signed “Le Coultre Co”. The serial number is 211954 which dates the watch to 1942. Case: 14 carat solid gold in very good condition. The case measures approximately 22mm across, including the crown and 35mm in overall length. The watch will be carefully packed and shipped insured with track and trace. No box and papers.
