The Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso a Eclipses collection celebrates the brand’s iconic Reverso model, and their dedication to the celebration of fine handcrafts through their exceptional enamel miniatures. The present lot is part of an eight-watch series titled Famous Nudes, where reach timepiece features an enamel miniature reproduction of well known paintings from European masters such as Sandro Botticelli, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, and Gustav Klimt. Each watch offers a beautiful enamel portrait, a technique perfected by the brand’s inhouse master enameller, Miklos Merczel.
An aperture to the case band activates pink gold shutters revealing a rich and beautiful vision of a nude in water. We are pleased to offer this watch in exceptional condition, complete with box and papers from a Private Collector.
