Don’t miss this opportunity and become the new owner of this timeless classic Jaguar E-type! This is a NO RESERVE PRICE AUCTION. Three generations of the Jaguar E-type (Jaguar XK-E) were built between 1961 and 1974. The E-type meant a revolution in the design, performance and control of sports cars. The Jaguar E-type holds first place on the list of best sports cars of the 1960s. The Series III, made from 1971 to 1974, was equipped with the new Jaguar 5. 3 litre V12 under the bonnet, along with improved brakes and standard power steering. The FHC was discontinued and the Series 3 only remained available as an OTS convertible and as a 2+2 coupé. The OTS also used the extended chassis of the 2+2. The Series 3 distinguished itself further with a different radiator grille, rimmed wheel arches and V12 on the boot emblem. This Jaguar is in very neat and original condition (the interior, engine and transmission are all original) . The vehicle starts immediately, shifts smoothly and powerfully through all gears, idles nicely at 900 rpm and brakes properly. This Jaguar has beautiful spoke rims, stunning chrome and a Regency Red paint which is still in neat condition. The interior is in neat condition and has original Jaguar leather. The previous owner always stored the car indoors and you can tell. What makes this E-type so unique are the Zenith carburettors and the hardtop (E-types are rarely offered with a hardtop) . A new soft top was recently fitted. These Jaguar E-type convertibles are increasingly rising in value. So don't wait too long and grab this opportunity to become the owner of this wonderful classic which many regard as the most beautiful car ever made.
