Beautiful, original Dutch series I Jaguar E-type. . Matching numbers 'Chrome' wire wheels . Biscuit leather interior . LHD . FIVA ID and Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate Engine, gearbox and body all have matching numbers! Equipped with chrome wire wheels. This E-type S1 was delivered new to Lagerwij's, in The Hague, on 3 September 1962. Exterior, interior and technically in a very good, original condition! Only 7,669 units were built of the Series I 3. 8 fixed head coupé. A very small number of these was delivered in the Netherlands. The E-type has remained an absolute beauty since its unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show in 1961. Even Enzo Ferrari called the E-type ''the most beautiful car ever made''. The E-type was technically ahead of its time, it had disc brakes all around and independent suspension, its performance was also amazing: 0-100 km/h in 7 seconds and a top speed of 241 km/h. Inconceivable in the 60s. This E-type is in a beautiful, properly driving and original condition. In the coming years, the clutch needs to be replaced. The light patina gives the Jaguar extra character. A beautiful, honest car. Including the heritage certificate, old license plate, FEHAC / FIVA card, and purchase invoice from 1993!
