The Jaguar E-type also called Jaguar XK-E, is a model from car manufacturer Jaguar Cars, of which three generations were built between 1961 and 1974. The E-type meant a revolution in design, performance and handling of sports cars. The price was a lot lower than that of the competing models, allowing high sales. In fourteen years time, more than 70,000 units were sold. The Jaguar E-type holds first place on the list of the top 1960s sports cars.

. This one resembles nothing less than pure class and sportsmanship, the definition of Jaguar Racing Green! What a beautify. All of our customers walk around the car a couple of times to admire it, really a timeless model. The Series III, produced from 1971 to 1974, was equipped with the new Jaguar 5. 3 litre V12 under the hood, along with improved brakes and standard power steering. The FHC was discontinued and the Series 3 only remained available as an OTS convertible and as a 2+2 coupé. The OTS also used the extended chassis of the 2+2. The Series 3 distinguished itself also because of the different radiator grille, rimmed wheel arches and V12 on the trunk emblem.

. This Series 3 was original supplied as an English car in the spring of 1974. It was owned by one and the same owner until 1999. That year, the Jaguar was taken over by the last owner who had the car professionally restored in 2000 in Beauly (UK) . This entire restoration was fully documented with photos, invoices and other documentation which we of course have available for inspection. An impressive summary. Interior as well as exterior in very neat condition. This Jag is also in order technically. Everything original and matching numbers. As it should be.

. We kindly invite you, the Jaguar enthusiast, to come over and view this car with us in Sassenheim (the Netherlands) , coffee is ready!
