Jaguar - E-type - 1963

[ translate ]

Very nice 2+2 E-type series 1. The car was completely resprayed. To this end, the bodywork was completely disassembled and then reassembled. All rubbers were replaced. The chrome was partly re-chromed. The car has the original 2+2 engine, engine number, 7E50327-8. The chassis number is from a RHD FHC built in 1963. The ‘picture frame’ was probably replaced in the past. The ‘picture frame’ is attached to the chassis with bolts. The front suspension and the engine are attached to the ‘picture frame’. The chassis number for the E-type series 1 is punched into the ‘picture frame’. This car has a punched chassis number from a RHD fixed head coupé from 1963 which corresponds to the registration certificate. However, the car is a 2+2. The car has new radial tyres all around. An ideal E-type for a family with young children. A golf set fits easily in the back when the rear bench is folded down. The car runs nicely, it shifts and brakes well and does not smoke. Please note it does not have matching numbers, but engine, colour and upholstery are original. The car can be viewed and picked up in Kunadacs, Hungary. We can provide transport to the Netherlands, Germany or Austria. There aren’t many 2+2 series 1 E-type left.
