Jaguar - E-type Cabrio 4.2 - 1969

Very neat and complete E-type convertible. One of the first series 2 models. The car was imported from the US and approved by the Dutch Vehicle Authority (the RDW) , it has a Dutch registration. The car doesn’t have a valid Dutch periodic vehicle inspection (APK) . The car is in good condition, but does have a few things that need to be addressed. Unfortunately, the bonnet has a slight dent. The car is fitted with wire wheels and a wooden Nardi steering wheel. The soft top is in good condition. An original luggage rack is mounted on the back. The nice weather is coming; this is your chance to acquire this stable investment and roadworthy E-type in a special yellow colour. The E-type series 2 was built from August 1968. The chassis number began with 1R7001 which makes this car the 20th series 2 OTS built in 1968. The series 2 was a continuation of series 1 and series 1 1/2 and the changes were minimal. The engine of the series 2 was improved in a number of ways compared to the series 1. This car is equipped with a water heating system on the intake manifold. This instead of the cross-over pipe on both valve covers. We can assist in arranging export and transport.
