[ translate ]

Jaguar Mark 2 - 3. 8 saloon with overdrive. This magnificent Jaguar has an extensive and well documented history and is in excellent condition. History (summary) : This Jaguar spent the first part of its life, from 1963 to 2014, in Switzerland. It was delivered new by the distributor Emile Frey. The original "Wagenkarte" from 1963 is included in the history file. It was first registered on 01. 02. 1964. This vehicle was regularly serviced by Jaguar specialists during its time in Switzerland. It underwent a full restoration in 1996: bodywork, paintwork, interior, engine. The original beige upholstery was replaced by burgundy red upholstery at that time. This is the only deviation from the matching numbers, the other elements : Engine, gearbox, chassis, paint colour are all matching, serviced, in near mint condition. The invoices show, from 1980 onwards, during its time in Switzerland, an amount of more than €110,000. The second part was spent in Germany from 2015 onwards, during which time only one owner (apart from the current seller) has owned this Jaguar. Work, amounting to more than €20,000, has been done to keep this vehicle in desirable condition (exhaust pipe, fuel pump, steering ball joints, ignition, radiator, generator, shock absorbers, belts) . The work was done by a specialist in British vehicles, and the invoices are present. This Jaguar has a mileage of 94,380 km, which can only be warranted by the tracking of the invoices in the history file. It is in excellent condition, not competition worthy, but excellent nonetheless. The following would allow it to reach competition condition: - Refurbish the seats to make them look like new (they are in very good condition, have a lovely patina and are not damaged or torn) . - Polish the chrome parts. In addition to the invoices supplied with the vehicle, we will also provide: - The Jaguar Heritage certificate. - The “Wagenkarte” with the original purchase invoice. - An original “Jaguar Maintenance Chart” poster, 69 x 52 cm - A copy of the two Swiss registration certificates. - Photos of the restoration. - The intermediary purchase invoices (between sellers and buyers) . - The TÜV is valid until 30. 10. 2022 and the vehicle is registered as a historic vehicle. It can be viewed in 77694 Kehl, Germany.
