Jaguar - S-type R S/C - 2004

This type of Jaguar S-type is not often seen in the world of used cars. It's a very nice Jaguar S-type R with few kilometres. Very neat car, no history of damage, no rust, rock hard, well maintained by an enthusiast. Booklets included. Read below the complete history. The car was bought by a car dealer from the first owner in Munich in 2018. It was then sold to some who decided 2 months later they fancied something different, they sold the “Cat” back to the same dealer in exchange for another car. I saw it in September 2018 and was immediately convinced. It had 78. 000 km on the odometer at the time. Up to this day, it has done about 95,700 km. I haven’t driven it a lot since I’ve owned it. Although there is no NAP (verification of mileage) , the kms from day 1 are known. I did the maintenance whilst being the owner, as well as a self-employed Jaguar specialist. The car is well maintained, filters changed on time (oil filter, air filter, interior filter) and the oil has been changed. Two lambda sensors have been replaced and immediately after purchase the pump for the headlight nozzles was replaced by a working one. It has had a new, heavier battery since about March 2020. All light bulbs in the interior have been replaced by bright white LED bulbs. The car has no defects, all options work and there are no error messages. I’ve had the Jaguar inspected twice and it passed with flying colours. I replaced the outdated touchscreen with a custom touchscreen which was made by Ben Wilcox from Jag. Droid in England. The whole unit looks original however, the touchscreen is controlled by an Odroid computer, making it a full-fledged Android system on which any desired app can be installed. This special S-type is the R version. The supercharged Jaguar S-type has a modified CATS chassis (adaptive damping) , larger brakes and aerodynamic adjustments to improve handling. The S-type R S/C is a real 'collector's item' and a limited edition of 8,043 units. The car is equipped with an ex factory 4. 2 V8 engine with mechanical supercharger. This block has 396 hp and a torque of 541 NM. The car can be viewed and picked up in Tilburg, the Netherlands.
