Jaguar - XJ6 3.6 Executive - 1987

Thank you for your interest in this Jaguar XJ6. One of the first models. Technically in good condition. The 6-cylinder in-line engine starts immediately and runs well. The distributor, ignition, spark plugs and spark plug cables were replaced during a major service. The engine runs well and doesn’t smoke. The gears shift well without any background noise. The brakes work properly. Four good tyres with neat, original alloy wheels. The paint still looks good. It was fully resprayed in the past. It has sustained minor signs of wear in places over the years. The chrome all looks neat and original. The interior is also completely original. The leather seats and rear bench are neat and completely original. The sought after headliner is very slightly loose. Easy to glue. Neat, good dashboard without any cracks caused by dryness. The chassis is still original. Always driven in a dry and warm climate. The bottom of the doors and door grooves are very neat. It had a recent periodic vehicle inspection. Get in and drive! Keys included, original user manual and a completed maintenance booklet available. It comes from a real enthusiast. The boot lid cylinder lock needs to be checked, it seems to be stuck at the moment.
