Jaguar XK150 DHC (converted) \t\t\t\t The XK 150 had several novelties compared to the previous models, such as a panoramic single-piece windscreen. The hip line was raised and the sides were made a bit more convex, creating much more interior space. Was specifically developed for mainly the American market. The XK150 was the first sports car in the world that had disc brakes mounted all around. This originated in the racing world, mainly on the successful D-types. The XK150 was produced in 3 versions. A) \t. The Fixed Head coupé with a metal steel roof. B) \t. The OTS stands for Open Two Seater (open sports car) C) \t. The DHC stands for Drop Head Coupé (open sports car) The upholstery was in most cases Conolly leather in various colours. Despite the fact that its successor was the legendary E-type, XK models are highly sough- after, you don’t see cars with such grandeur nowadays. The 1958 Jaguar XK150DHC is in a neat condition The Jaguar was bought in 1990 by Mr. Jurriens (director of construction company Jurriens in Utrecht) , he paid €26,000 (converted) . This car was imported from Florida, USA. Over the decades, several major works and a restoration took place, including an engine overhaul. The Coupé was converted into a convertible in 2000 by a body shop. After that, work was done at least for another year to get it in this condition. More than €75,000 (converted) has been spent on the car over the last 3 decades The car is in a very neat condition and was always kept in a garage. This is a Coupé converted into a convertible.
